COVID-19 Prevention Policy
Incredible Kids Activities is grateful to be located in one of the safest countries in the world, but we will be proactive in preventing the spread of the virus COVID-19.
The pandemic can make it challenging to plan for the long term, but planning for the wellbeing of our customers and staff is easy. In fact, it's our priority.
ENQUIRIES AND THE ONLINE STORE
Our online store will remain open and available 24/7 during the pandemic.
Customers can communicate with us in a range of ways to suit their situation, including:

SANITISATION AND ORDER PREPARATION
All orders are prepared in our warehouse which is equipped with virus protection measures including:
- restricted entry to the warehouse at all times
- gloves worn by staff packing orders
- hand sanitiser and cleaning equipment more accessible to staff
- use of masks and social distancing in line with government recommendations.
The warehouse is has a continuous air flow system and a professional cleaning service.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We continue to dispatch orders quickly, with most orders being dispatched within 24 hours of an order being placed. However in the event of local restrictions being upgraded preventing non-essential operations, there may be some changes in dispatching in which case customers will be kept informed about their order.
All orders are sent via contactless delivery (no signatures required) to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19.

We are pleased to report that most customers receive their orders quickly. Both Incredible Kids Activities and the customer can view their order tracking in real time so there won't be anyone wondering "where is my order...".
EVENTS AND IN-PERSON OPERATIONS
All operations that connect us with customers and potential customers in person are conducted in line with the government requirements and event requirements in place in response to COVID-19, including sanitation measures, social distancing, mask wearing, contactless trade and event risk analyses where it is beneficial.
Our office only accepts visitors by appointment (though we do love visitors!).
